Comfortable condo offers a king size bed and a pull-out sofa sleeper featuring a gel memory foam mattress, a full bathroom, limited kitchen, and patio. With recent updates such as new carpet throughout, new furnishings, and blackout curtains this condo will make you feel at home. The hot tubs and laundry room are on the first floor. There are areas to store your bikes and your skis for you to enjoy all that Silver Mountain Resort has to offer, including the gondola up the mountain. Permit 19-09

Good to know

Cozy family studio, the adjoining unit is also listed allowing for up to 12 guests if rented together. The other unit is a loft with a king bed in the bedroom, queen bed and a twin trundle bed in the upstairs loft, and a memory gel sleeper sofa int he living room.

There is a $100 fine for unreturned key cards to the lockbox upon departure. Thank you

House Rules

The lodge has quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM. If you have a pet there will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 to compensate for the time it takes to remove all pet dander for the next guest. We allow dogs but not cats without express written approval We ask that the guest starts any dirty dishes in the dishwasher before their departure.

The location was great as it was a 5 minute drive to my daughter's house where we were meeting our new granddaughter. Our host, Linda, was very comminucative and helpful as I had a couple questions. The view of the water park, but this is not necessarily a complaint either.
